Terms of Service

Last updated 24 July 2026

These terms cover your use of PeakGlowUp, run by PeakGlowUp Pty Ltd (ABN 75 700 663 494), 163 Barkly St, Footscray VIC 3011, Australia. By using the site, making a booking, or partnering with us, you agree to them.

What PeakGlowUp is

We are a platform that connects you with vetted local businesses, and a marketing partner to those businesses. The service itself is provided by the business, not by us. A booking is a request that the business confirms; it is not final until they do.

Bookings

  • Give accurate details so the business can confirm and prepare for your visit.
  • If you cannot make it, cancel or reschedule in good time so the slot can go to someone else.
  • Prices shown are set by the business. You currently pay at the venue unless a deposit is stated.

Reviews

Only a customer who booked, checked in and paid can leave a review, and reviews must be honest and your own experience. Businesses can reply but can never edit or delete a review. We may remove content that is fake, abusive or unlawful.

For partner businesses

  • Packages are month to month with no lock-in, and you can cancel any month.
  • Commission, where it applies, is charged only on bookings we produced and that checked in, never on your existing or walk-in customers.
  • You own your page content and customer list, and you approve what goes out in your name.
  • Being listed is never pay to rank. Verified means we checked you, and ranking comes from real booking data.

Payments

Customer payments are made at the venue unless a deposit is shown at the time of booking. Partner fees are billed as set out in your package. Taxes apply where required.

Verification is not a guarantee

Verified means we checked licence, insurance, identity, premises and pricing. It is not a guarantee of the workmanship or outcome of any service. To the extent the law allows, PeakGlowUp is not liable for the acts of a business or for the service you receive from it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your content and our platform

You keep the rights to content you provide, and you grant us the licence we need to display and promote it on the platform. Everything else, including the site, brand and software, belongs to PeakGlowUp.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no fake bookings or reviews, no scraping, no attempts to break or overload the service, and nothing unlawful.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Questions? Email support@peakglowup.com.
